The prefabricated solution for leveling of fresh
poured Concrete and the application of joints.

    HOW TO APPLY

D.U. Kit ® can be installed on any substrate, its height or angle of incline/decline are predetermined and calibrated before the concrete is poured.

D.U. Kit ® can also be used for a topping layer over precast and first layers of concrete.

Placement of the D.U. Kit® rails can be within any desired intervals.

THE RECOMMENDED INTERVALS BETWEEN THE PROFILES ARE 3-4 METERS AND FOR BASES ALONG THE PROFILE BETWEEN 1-1.5 METERS.

D.U. Kit ® Constructive kits are used as side casting molds and as Separators between stretches of concrete to be poured in consecutive order. When required they also have the added option of holes for dowel bars and holders to keep the dowel bars horizontal.

Connection to the bases enables accurate height adjustment.

The D.U. Kit's ® within the T categories.are supported on bases comprising flat steel plates with two vertical threaded rods. The rails are connected to the bases through the rods using special slotted nuts serving to accurately adjust the height of the rails, and the angle of the slope when neccessary..

The D.U. Kit's ® within the C categories.are supported on bases comprising flat steel plates with one vertical rod. The rails are connected to the bases through the rods using a special fastening device, serving to accurately adjust the height of the rails, and the angle of the slope when neccessary..
