THE COMPONENTS

  1. Omega rail with P.V.C. liner, 4 meters in length, or according to the client's specifications.
  2. 4 pc. of bases per each standard rail, or according to the customer''s specifications.
  3. 4 pc. of bolts M-6+4 pc of nuts, on a ratio of one per base.
  4. 8-10 pc. of peg rods( an optional extra) , on a ratio of two pcs. for each base.
  5. (Optional) Dowel Bar Supports( 8-10 pcs. per unit.)

INSTRUCTIONS.

  1. Mark the lines where the D.U. Kit ® should be placed, using a string
  2. Connect the bases to the omega rails using the M-6 bolts and the fastening bolts.( The P.V.C. liner should be pointing upwards.
  3. Position the constructive D.U. Kit ® on the substrate, under the tightened string..
  4. Fasten the bases to the substrate by inserting the pegs into the holes.( In the case of concrete substrate, use HILTI or similar bolts.)
  5. Assemble the Dowel bar support units.
  6. Adjust the rails to the desired heights (After adjustment the rails should be well tightened using the fastening bolts)
  7. Insert the dowel bars through the pre-punched holes and the support units (in a horizontal direction)
  8. When the constructive D.U. Kit ® is properly set up, it is possible to proceed with the casting!
